If you write, mark the envelope "Notice of Complaint". Community Broker Network Pty Ltd says it will try to resolve your complaint "quickly and fairly and no later than 30 days from receiving the response".
Step 3: AFCA, the free outside service
Community Broker Network Pty Ltd is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA is an outside body that resolves complaints about financial services. It is fair and free for you to use.
If your complaint is still not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to take it to AFCA. You can lodge it on the AFCA website. AFCA's phone number, email and postal address are also on Community Broker Network Pty Ltd's complaints page.
